  I did not expect an oil change to be as difficult as this was. I’ve been getting oil changes for 10 years now with various different vehicles. To be clear, this is not my first oil change with my vehicle and in no way should my vehicle be SMOKING afterwards. They did NOT use a funnel to put the oil in. “Oh, I had to wipe up some of the oil because it got everywhere. It should be fine once all the oil has burned up.” - Engineer Expert obviously. I will not be making a recommendation for this Jiffy Lube to ANY of my friends again. As unprofessional as this Jiffy Lube was and as much as I spent because I get Full synthetic which was $170 for them to do all that to my engine. For them to turn around and say “It got on the exhaust pipes, so it’ll burn off eventually.” Is WILD to me. If I could add pictures I’d add them, it looked atrocious afterwards.

  Don't go here they put the wrong battery in my car. Which made my car break down on the highway after getting it towed to my dealer they told me I had the wrong battery and try to sell me other parts that I never needed.

  I really do not like this location. As soon as I arrived they tried to upcharge me for additional services I did not ask for or need. In addition, they tried to sway me to get my transmission fluid changed when I just got it changed a few months ago. Then they were trying to push wipers on me saying the wipers were raw and would scratch my windshield. While my wipers do need to be changed, the damage on them was exaggerated. Finally, the woman who worked there was not nice or friendly. She was a bit pushy and when the directions she gave me to turn on my car did not work, she said I wasn't trying. The other two gentlemen who worked on the car was nice but some of the other employees leave a lot to be desired in the way of customer service. I like to go to this one because it's close by but from now on I will drive a little further to get better service

  I recently visited the Jiffy Lube location at 26990 West Dixie Hwy, Naranja, FL 33032 for a Full Synthetic oil change on my 2021 GMC Acadia (47,656 miles). The service was performed by the team there, which included Bismarck Rene (CSA), Jose H (Lower Bay), Steven O (Cashier), Demarcko E (Upper Bay), and Maibys L (CT). At first, everything seemed fine and I left the location feeling satisfied. However, just eight days later, my check engine light came on, so I had the vehicle scanned at O’Reilly Auto Parts, which showed Code P0014 (Camshaft Position Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance). This code is often associated with oil quality or viscosity issues. I tried scheduling a warranty inspection with the GMC dealership, but since the light turned off on its own shortly after, they declined to inspect the vehicle. The issue came and went intermittently for the next few weeks, but the light came back on for good on October 19. When I took the car to my mechanic, he noted that the oil was unusually dark and degraded for only 3,700 miles of use, which raised concerns about whether the correct oil was used. After performing a proper oil change with verified full synthetic oil, the check engine light has not returned. It is very troubling to think that the oil used during my service at Jiffy Lube may have been substandard or the wrong type altogether, especially since the issue was linked to engine performance. I am sending the removed oil for laboratory analysis to verify its quality, but based on these findings, I feel that this location may have failed to deliver the service they promised. I would expect better from a company with such a wide reputation. If it turns out that incorrect oil was indeed used, this would be a serious breach of trust. I'm hoping Jiffy Lube addresses this issue quickly and takes steps to make things right. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

  Llevo muchas años realisando el servicio de cambio de aceite a mi auto y nunca avía pagado tan elevado 126.49 solo por el cambio de aceite excesivo otras talleres te cobran mucho menos y te dan mejor servicio te chequean los neumáticos te rellenan el líquido del limpiaparabrisas aquí solo te rellenan el aceite y listo 126 $ ni siquiera te muestran antes cuánto cuesta el servicio para si te cuentes cómodo con el precio
