  You pay more for the speed and lack of having to make an appointment and still wait 2 hrs to get a simple oil change but it is still on the high side.

  It was a Thursday Morning I had went to do my oil change and Patricia and Lulu the Valvoline across from Walmart on Tamiami Trail E. Well these two lovely ladies took care of me and they were very pleasant and professional. Please recommend their hard word. Thank you. :)

  Had a great experience at Valvoline! Maurice, the service manager, was super attentive, and the entire staff was genuinely kind from start to finish. They even helped me track down two coupons that saved me $19 — that kind of extra effort really goes a long way! The place was pretty busy, but I was still in and out in under an hour, and my actual service only took about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I’d definitely recommend this location!

  When I arrived it was super busy. A female employee came up to my window and took my information and asked what I needed and I replied that just an oil change. She informed me that they do check all the engines fluid levels and tire pressure with the oil change I said perfect no problem. When it was my turn I drove into the bay and they started to work on my vehicle. The employee started to charge me and gave me a ridiculous price because it said that I requested an air filter change as well. I told him no because I had replaced that myself and did not need it. Then about 3 minutes in I asked him if they had changed my oil filter because I did not even feel them working under my car. My car has a panel over the oil filter and it takes time to take off. He laughed and went to say something to his manager. They both laughed and one employee was already adding the new oil. When the manager checked they guy under the car never even started and my engine had double the motor oil in it. They finally drained the oil and then I felt the employee under the car working on it. They mentioned about checking out all the liquid and tires on the car and they didn't do any of that as well. Will never go back that was a one and done for me. Would give a zero if I could the service there was really terrible.
