  Arthur at Tire Kingdom seriously saved my day. After dealing with multiple shops that couldn’t get my Bronco tires mounted, I was beyond frustrated and honestly expecting more of the same. But Arthur stepped in, knew exactly what he was doing, and handled everything quickly and professionally. He didn’t make it feel like a hassle, didn’t brush me off, and actually took the time to get it done right. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about helping people out, especially when they’re already having a rough day. Huge shoutout to Arthur for turning a stressful situation around. If you’re having trouble getting something done, he’s the one to go to.

  I recently had a great experience at Tire Kingdom that I wanted to share. I came in with a flat tire and was expecting a stressful and possibly expensive situation, but everything turned out the complete opposite. Arthur took care of us, and he was incredibly helpful from the start. He quickly checked out the issue, got the tire fixed, and had us back on the road in no time. What really stood out was his kindness and honesty—he didn’t charge us anything for the repair. It’s not every day you come across that level of customer service. Arthur went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back to Tire Kingdom in the future. Highly recommend!

  arthur saved our vacation after we got a puncture on our way to miami for our holiday, everywhere else said that we would have to wait hours but arthur sorted us right out within 5 minutes. the kids were devastated thinking that our holiday was ruined and we were going to miss our cruise that leaves today! top man arthur would highly recommend

They explained everything clearly and made sure the repair was done properly, which gave me real peace of mind.   I’ve been bringing my cars to Tire Kingdom in Naples (on Tamiami Trail) for about five years now, and I cannot say enough good things about the service I receive there—especially from the branch manager, Ernie. I currently drive a 12-year-old Audi A4, and anyone who owns an older car knows that maintenance and repairs are inevitable. Over the years, Ernie and his team have helped me with everything from routine oil changes and maintenance to tires, brake service, battery replacements, and general mechanical repairs. They’ve also handled things like tire rotations, wheel balancing, alignment checks, brake pads and rotors, filters, fluid services, and diagnostics whenever warning lights come on. One thing I really appreciate is their honesty. They never recommend work that isn’t needed, and they always try to find the most cost-effective solution. Many times they’ve saved me a significant amount of money compared to what I would have paid at an Audi dealership. Recently my car developed a serious oil leak that required a major engine repair. Even though this type of work was beyond what they normally handle, Ernie personally recommended a trusted specialty shop to continue the repair. That meant a lot to me because they didn’t just send me anywhere—they made sure I was in good hands. That level of integrity and follow-through is rare. Over the years they’ve taken care of not only my vehicles but also my husband’s. Whether it’s installing new tires, performing regular maintenance, checking out a strange noise, or helping diagnose a bigger issue, they are always professional, fair, and dependable. Ernie runs his shop with real integrity and professionalism, and it shows in the way the entire team treats their customers. They are honest, consistent, reasonably priced, and they stand behind their work. I truly trust them and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place that will treat you fairly and take great care of your vehicle, I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Naples. Great service, great people, and a business that genuinely does the right thing for its customers.
