Great communication in beginning commitmented may time as agreed for an appointment I am 4 hr. Away. They absolutely stopped communicating profiled me as now I'm no longer a prospective customer. Went dark on me. I had to force them to communicate asking are we still confirmed for our appointment. I even specifically stated don't ghost me. I there communication dwindle so I had a hunch vehicle going to another buyer. I asked do I need to bring my license plate. They said vehicle sold yesterday then crickets. I will take this rental car and $8,500 down payment to a dealership that values communication and customer/service. I'm not bashing at all I'm just sharing my experience. This definitely is preventable just need sales person etiquette. They definitely need a regional sales rep to come in and teach them allot on how to not lose customers and the the art of sellingcustomer service went way out the window. I'm not bashing implying any person or group. They absolutely don't need to communicate when they sell the vehicle. Just many dealerships will make an attempt to see what can be another vehicle or will keep looking for customer. Not this establishment. Is incredibly frustrating. Driving four hours each way is a massive commitment, and for them to pull the rug out after you’d already done the paperwork is completely unprofessional. It sounds like a total breakdown in communication on their end, especially since you were the one who had to follow up to find out the vehicle was gone. Beyond the wasted time and gas, missing a medical appointment because of their lack of transparency just adds insult to injury. Dealerships often move fast, but there’s no excuse for letting a customer start a cross-state trek for a car that isn't on the lot anymore.the professional move would have been to call or text you the second that paperwork was signed by someone else—especially knowing you were planning an eight-hour round trip and an early arrival. It’s a tough spot to be in when you’re already sensing the communication dropping off. Usually, when a salesperson goes quiet, it’s because the "sure thing" just walked out the door with someone else.classic dealership "red flag" in action. They hit you with high-energy outreach when they think they have a quick sale, but the second the situation gets complicated—or a local buyer walks in with cash—the communication drops off a cliff. It’s a frustrating cycle: they treat you like a priority to get your application and commitment, then go silent because they’d rather not be the "bearer of bad news" until you force the issue. Having to ask about your license plate just to find out the car was gone is a perfect example of them avoiding a tough conversationbalancing a busy schedule with rideshare work and family commitments, that kind of "ghosting" is more than just annoying—it’s a waste of your resources.

I initially left a negative review regarding inattentiveness, but I wanted to update my experience after my most recent visits. The team has made a noticeable effort to address the concerns I previously had and has gone above and beyond to be more attentive and responsive. I truly appreciate the turnaround and the level of care that has been shown. A special thank you to Laura Velasquez and Vinny Munno. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made a significant difference and completely changed my outlook. Thank you for taking the feedback seriously and making it right.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership and honestly felt like the whole process was misleading from the start. I came in specifically to see a car that was listed on your website, fully ready to potentially take it home that same day. Jefferson was the salesperson assisting me, and he didn’t even show me the car I came for. Instead, he immediately started pushing options that were way outside my budget and completely different from what I was looking for. It felt like he had no respect for my time or what I actually wanted—just what he thought was a “better fit.” Then things got worse. He brought in a supervisor (I didn’t catch his name), and they started talking about how they had made “special” calls to banks to get me pre-approved for a vehicle I never even applied for. That’s not how this process works, and it felt extremely shady. I may not be an expert in cars, but I do understand how credit and financing work, and this was not handled appropriately. At one point, they even tried to get me to sign paperwork for a car I had zero interest in—one I never asked about. They also claimed that I had called in asking to buy that specific car, which is completely false. When they first contacted me (after multiple calls, which felt excessive), I clearly said I just wanted to come in and look at options—not commit to buying anything that day. Overall, this felt less like customer service and more like pressure and manipulation. I walked in ready to do business and walked out completely turned off. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Well Well Well... I spent many years in the automobile business and service departments are usually a nightmare to deal with. Here's the full story... My wife bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Carmax about two years ago and there was a manufacturer warranty to paint the entire car. We brought the cart to Tamiami Hyundai to get the car painted and when we picked it up the A/C stopped working a week later. We brought the car into the shop 3 times to have it repaired and received the typical service I was expecting, garbage customer service. The car stayed there for a week until I called and was told their machine to correct the issue was broken and they didn't know when it would be operational.... This takes me to my review here. Adam Hoot, the service director, took me in on an appointment and his team fixed the car under warranty in three days. I was kept informed as to the status of repairs the entire time. This is the best service dept I've used in Naples by far. Kuddos to the team at Naples DCJR.

I had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The entire buying process took some time, but the team was patient, professional, and made sure everything was handled properly. Demaris and DarielI amazing, especially want to highlight the support I received after the sale. I noticed an issue with the tire shortly after taking the vehicle home, and they were responsive and willing to help address it without hesitation. That level of customer service really builds trust. Even though the delivery was late in the evening and the process ran long, they stayed committed to making sure I left satisfied. The vehicle has been garage-kept and barely driven, so I appreciate their attention to detail and follow-up. Overall, a solid buying experience and a team that stands behind their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle
