  I recently purchased a Lotus Emira from Lotus of Naples (Naples Motorsports), and the experience felt every bit as special as the car itself. Alex, Rob, Louis, and the entire team were great to work with throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, which made a big difference. Alex took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was completely comfortable every step of the way. Jay handled the finance side, and the process was seamless. Everything was clearly explained, efficient, and straightforward, with no surprises, just a smooth and professional experience. They did a full unveiling of the car at the front of the dealership, which made the moment feel like an occasion. The gift bag with champagne and Lotus gear was a thoughtful finishing touch. If you’re considering a Lotus or any exotic car, I’d highly recommend this team. They understand what these cars mean to their customers and create an experience that reflects that.

  Louis and Ron were awesome to work with and I was able to successfully surprise my wife with a gorgeous new Lotus Emira !! She has had so much fun with it and she still cries when we talk about how Ron and Louis were able to pull off the unveiling right in front of her !! Thanks Boys, you are the best !!

  I first encountered a Lotus Emira while vacationing in Florida last spring. I stopped at the dealership and Ron provided a full description of the car and brand. Headed back North but Ron stayed in touch as the 2026 models became available. I did much more research on the car, spoke to owners and mechanics, and when returning to Florida, worked with Ron to find the exact car with options to fit my needs. No high pressure sales tactics, just good give and take. He was good to work with, knowledgeable, questions were answered and the negotiation/ transaction/delivery was seamless. A good ambassador for the brand and the dealership.

  Outstanding Experience at Lotus of Naples This is my second Lotus purchase, and once again, Lotus of Naples absolutely exceeded my expectations. Alex, my sales advisor, was phenomenal. When I flew down to Naples, he spent over an hour just talking with me, walking me through the car, showing me around, and making sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was zero pressure — just genuine enthusiasm and deep knowledge about the brand. You can tell he truly loves what he does. Jay in finance made the entire paperwork process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, efficient, and handled professionally. No surprises, no hassle — just straightforward and easy. What really stood out to me was how the team took care of every detail and even helped customize my car exactly the way I wanted. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, transparent, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Buying a Lotus should feel special — and Lotus of Naples absolutely delivers that experience. I can’t say enough good things about Alex, Jay, and the entire team.
