I had an exceptional experience at the Goodyear Tire store, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I walked in, Leo, the store manager, and his entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Leo runs a top-tier operation—he’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to clearly explain my options, made honest recommendations, and ensured I felt confident in my decisions without any pressure.
The team worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. You can tell there’s a strong culture of teamwork and pride in what they do. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was completed in a timely manner.
It’s not often you come across a place that combines great pricing, transparency, and outstanding service all in one—but this Goodyear location delivers on all fronts.
Highly recommend Leo and his team to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place has been the worst experience of my life, and judging by what I see now—things I should have noticed earlier but overlooked—the customer mistreatment here is absolutely unhinged. From the moment I walked in, a Spanish-speaking gentleman seemed to imply that there was some sort of collusion going on with the mechanic assigned to my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 p.m.; however, by 4:30 p.m., they still hadn't finished the work—which consisted solely of changing four tires. They charged me $170 just for a wheel alignment, even though I had already paid separately for the tire installation. Furthermore, when processing the payment, they charged the full amount to my credit card *and*, separately, I handed them an additional $60 in cash; I didn't realize the error until later and had to return to demand a refund. Not once did they mention that this service included a warranty; not a single word was said about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. As for their "warranty," they can keep it, because I certainly won't give them a second chance to subject me to such mistreatment again; I’d rather just let them keep the money. I pray to God that this place is purged of all the incompetent people who are incapable of providing good service. I hope someone in charge sees this so the business can get back on the right track—though what I’d really wish for is a change of ownership, since the current owner clearly doesn't care about providing good customer care or quality service.
Came in for an oil change and 2 new tires! Did such a good job and were super helpful!! Quick too only took 45 minutes!!! Really great atmosphere and amazing staff!

I came in with a tire that would not hold pressure. They found the leak but we determined 4 new tires were an option as the 4 tires were quite worn. The manager offered to put the spare on but I chose 4 new tires . Within 90 minutes I had 4 new tires with alignment. Very satisfied. Jim / Michigan
