No where in my confirmation email did it say if you do not confirm we will cancel your reservation. I also watched the guy at the desk 4 groups of people to the airport pulling location. Seems under staffed and like they don't actually care. Then had to find a ride to the airport location in order to get a rental car I have had booked for 2 and half months.
