  I have to point out the Employee who helped me at Naples Pine Ridge location. Sorry I forgot his name.We had to get to a funeral and everyone was out of Large SUV's for my family of 6. So I had given up. He immediately called me back and Said he found one going through an oil change. He didn't have to do that with the busy weekend he had. In the age where customer service is a thing of the past, this gentleman stands out. Give him a bonus!

  Repeat customer. SHOUT OUT to Mgr Brooks Grime!The team at the Pine Ridge office is awesome! They are professionals and customer service driven. Today the line moved quickly. My turn met a full explanation of reasonable charges & overall great service. I was surprised that it was Mgr working front desk. Thank You! I will always use Pine Ridge office. Dr L Gallart 🫡😄😁

  I specifically reserved a particular vehicle well in advance because that was the whole reason I chose this rental company. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they didn’t have it available. No call, no email, no warning — nothing. This completely defeated the purpose of my reservation and put me in a bad situation last minute. If a company knows they can’t honor a reservation, the bare minimum is to notify the customer ahead of time so they can make other arrangements. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not rely on them if you actually need the vehicle you reserve.

  I live 20 min from this location & the customer service say they called to notify me after that there was no available car of what i was looking for. They told me there was at first. I did not get message right away until i was there. The point is that this is the second time this happens. The other location is on airport. Something must not be updated for them to give two different stories.. even though I was helped with a different vehicle the first time I refused to rent any other vehicle yesterday. If there’s nothing available, they should not say yes.. im just not satisfied with service.

  I wish I had read the reviews first. I had the same experience as others attempting to rent a 911 only to be told they don't have one. I called multiple times in the weeks ahead of the reservation but no one picked up. When I was there Brooks, the manager, was completely unsympathetic pointing out the "or similar" clause in the rental. They thought a cayenne (suv) was "similar" to a 911 performance convertible. What a waste of time. edit: Chris M - if you'd like to speak to me, or if Enterprise actually cared about customer service, you have all my contact details - feel free to reach out. Don't point me to a generic website with a chatbot and expect me to take action because of your company's poor performance
