The explanation given was that it was a busy week and “higher ups “ decided not to hold a vehicle that was promised. I would caution anyone considering renting from Enterprise. They do not meet their commitments and only offer lame excuses to disappointed customers. It’s interesting that, judging from other reviews, this is not an isolated case. And every time the manager asks for “more information “ to further investigate. Given the repeat cases, it doesn’t appear any action is taken to improve the customer experience. Very unreliable service.

The entire staff was friendly and respectful. They even drove me home after I returned my car and provided me with a brand-new Honda that was spotless. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend this location. Great manager and great people.
