  Excellent! The service representative was very thorough in explaining the services required and the pictures of needed repairs was very useful. Work done was quick and reliable and the Volvo run like new even though it is 10 years old! Thank you!

  I had an amazing car buying experience at Volvo Cars of Naples. When I arrived I had a chance to walk around and look at cars without getting swarmed by salesmen, like most dealerships. Once I went inside I was greeted by Patsie. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy a car. I highly recommend Volvo of Naples if you want a great car buying experience and using Patsie as your salesman!!

  I was in no rush to purchase my next vehicle, as I was very firm about the features I wanted as well as the price. However, after months of used car sales shenanigans- some bordering on the absurd- I was tired of wasting my time. On a whim, I inquired about a pre-owned vehicle at Volvo Cars of Naples, and to my absolute shock, I received a quick response and seemingly sincere helpfulness from a gentleman named Michael. I was initially very skeptical and not overly quick to believe that the vehicle could be “the one,” but that skepticism lessened when Michael not only agreed to a third-party inspection at another dealership, but also facilitated the transfer of the vehicle there. He was very accommodating regarding the purchasing arrangements and promptly sent numerous photos and videos of specific sections of the vehicle that I requested. I had a sales order within hours, contingent upon inspecting the vehicle in person, a half-day drive away. On my hours-long drive to the dealership, I wondered what deception might await me upon arrival, and if I wasted more time. However, once there, it was only sincerity and transparency. Michael was even more delightful in person, and the vehicle even more pristine. I drove it home that night and have loved it since. It was everything I had hunted for over six months, and more, at a very fair price. I cannot recommend Volvo Cars of Naples or Michael in sales highly enough.
