Alec showed me what they had and did an excellent job at explaining to me the diferences between model. He was never pushy and made the whole process enjoyable. Nobody wants to spend hours buying a new car but everyone there was fun, friendly aadn made it enjoyable. Love my new car. If you're looking for a new Volvo, go see Alec.

I love Volvos, but this was a hybrid and more than I planned on spending. When dealing with the finance person, I was ready to walk as I had my own financing in place and was being told I couldn’t get the same deal unless I went with their financing. Michael deftly handled it. Volvo is without question a great car, but it’s a luxury vehicle therefore pricey. Michael worked seamlessly and tirelessly to get it done, and called today for a part that was not on the car, but he promised it to us. He got the part. Well done, Volvo of Naples. Your salesman matches the product…top notch.
- DADavid AndersonOct 30, 20255.0I had a very positive and refreshing experience with the service department.I took my car in for replacement of the auxiliary battery because my start/stop function had stopped working after storing my car in the garage over the summer.My internet research said I needed to replace the auxiliary battery given the age of the vehicle.The service manager checked the car and informed me that I didn’t need a new battery and to purchase a trickle charger to restore function of the battery and start/stop function .He said he would rather I return and pay for something I needed than take my money for something I didn’t need.He has my future business.Dave A.
