  Good spot. Late Saturday, I thought I might have had a screw in my tire, and Lorie patiently helped confirm that by coming outside and watching while I backed the car up bit by bit. I decided to buy two new tires and have them installed two days later. The tires were delivered by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, as promised. Arthur was at the service desk and was very friendly and helpful. Matt was the installer, and did a great job. I was walking by and asked him how it all looked underneath. He stopped what he was doing, lifted the car up a little more, and pointed out a few things that were underneath, including my brake pad status. Give all three of them a raise! I would definitely go back to Tire Kingdom north Naples.

  I came in an hour before they closed, sick and feeling like death. Lori and Dylan (sorry if I got it wrong) they were absolutely phenomenal. They did everything they could to make sure I could drive back to Lehigh safely! 10/10 would recommend them! Will be back in the future!

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and completed the work on time as promised. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning here for future tire and service needs and would recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone looking for reliable auto service.

  Well first and foremost I thought I needed brakes replaced, Arthur had the mechanic Matt take a peak! Well Matt basically came into the lobby and explained there is no issues with the brakes what so ever! They were very honest! Gary and Matt throughly explained the logistics on the brake situation MM! Honest friendly!

  I came in for a simple tire patch. While the repair itself was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price, I was very disappointed with how my vehicle was handled during the process. The technicians entered and drove my car with grease- and dirt-covered hands, without using seat covers, leaving grease on my steering wheel, gear shifter, and on the exterior near the driver’s door. I take pride in keeping my car clean and well-detailed, so this was frustrating and completely unprofessional. The woman at the front desk was extremely apologetic and even took the time to clean my steering wheel herself, which I truly appreciated, she was great. However, this situation shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. Overall, the repair was acceptable, but the lack of care taken with my vehicle took away from the experience.
