  Brad gave me great service. He was very polite. The work was quality. The waiting room needs some updates. Other than that, I would recommend it to anybody.

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything about my tires and made sure the work was done quickly and correctly. The waiting area was clean and the service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this location if you need tire service or maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Brad was the best!! I came in panicking my tire blew out and he helped me so quick! Amazing customer service he helped me find the best deal too! Hard to come across great people but he was amazing :)

  This is actually a ZERO star review. I set up an appointment for an oil change and 2 new tires and was quoted on the phone for $410 and made sure that I was getting a synthetic blend and all fees were included in the $410 price. I went in this morning only to be told they don't have a synthetic blend and my new price was $525. I discussed with the manager and his answer was that my phone call was taken by a call center which makes no sense because I was crystal clear and the person on the phone went to physically check they had the tires. I decided to skip the oil change and my new total was now $390 which also didn't make sense since I originally called for the tire replacement which came out to $345. This was a classic bait and switch.
