  Absolutely incredible service had two screws in my front tire. Ernie Met me at the front desk made an appointment. Next morning drop my truck was back to me in less than an hour. Excellent service very very professional.

  One of my rims was damaged in the process of installing new tires. I specifically asked for external weights to be removed from the rims, but one was left in place during the install. The weight was dragged around the rim by tire machine leaving a scratch etched into the surface of the rim. The damage was not brought to my attention at the store, but was discovered later. I do appreciate the hard work of the crew, I just wish they would respect the vehicles that people work hard to own and maintain. In the end it will cost me more money to get the rim refinished. A side note is, I had a 10 AM appointment for tire replacement, but the car was not touched until 11:35 AM. My total time spent waiting was 4 hours which did include an alignment.

  I had a dead vehicle and I had no idea what to do. We put a new battery in it and it still would not start. I took it over to Ernie at Tire Kingdom as it had to be towed over there and left it. He looked at it, and I didn’t know if it was going to need a new alternator or what it was going to need. He looked at it and it needed a new battery in the remote saved me hundreds of dollars. He has always done a great job for me and looks out for saving the customer money.

  Ernesto has been taking wonderful care of our cars 10+ years. He explains everything to you, is patient and always happy to see you. He loves what he does and cares for his customers. I even sent my daughter to him alone, one time when she first got her car. He looked over her car, took her out to the garage and showed her everything that was wrong and never treated her like she had no clue what she was talking about. Told her what she needed to have Done that day and what could wait until later. I recommend this shop to anybody who ask or is looking for a good car service with great customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Ernie at Tire Kingdom! I came in unexpectedly with a nail in my tire, and he was absolutely fantastic. Ernie was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy. Customer service like this is rare these days. If you’re going to Tire Kingdom, ask for Ernie—you’ll be in great hands!
