  This location is always amazing with their customer service and knowledge for cars. Ernesto is the one that takes care of me. I also notice his commitment on how he oversee the work done and makes sure customers are satisfied.

  I had an excellent experience at this Tire Kingdom thanks to Oz. He was knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The installation was quick, and the service was top-notch. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

  Arthur was great! I called because my battery died and he got me in within 10 minutes. He was honest with how long it might take because I was a walk in, which I appreciated because most places aren’t that upfront and have you wait forever.

  I visited Tire Kingdom East Naples last month for a set of new tires as noted below. Today I brought in my second car as a walk in because one of the tires was losing air quickly. It was already after 2pm and they close at 5, but I was greeted positively by Ernie who understood my problem and immediately went out to the garage area to access their availability for the rest of the day. He said there were several vehicles ahead of me and assured me that they would repair the tire today if possible, tomorrow am latest. They did repair the tire today within 90 minutes. Ernie was customer focused, straightforward in explaining the situation, and great to work with! I would have been in a tough situation if he had turned me away as has happened at other tire companies. The tire had lost a lot of air by the time I brought the car in. They fixed the tire and even made sure the rest of my tires were ok before releasing the car. My thanks to Ernie and the Kingdom team for a great job!! Easy appt set up and then great follow up and follow through by Arthur. He previewed the appt with me the night before, which allowed for a quick check in. The job of replacing 4 tires was completed within 2 hours. Great job by the installer who then checked my alignment for no extra charge. Arthur gave me a fair price and provided great customer service before during and after.
