  Had a brake emergency coming out of the Everglades and I was so happy I found this great team led by great customer service and honesty from Ernie at the front desk. Mechanic Yusniel I owe a lot of thanks of gratitude for your work and labor to send me on my way safely! I am so grateful and appreciative of you all there in Naples!

  I had a problem with my front tires loosing air. I had purchased them from them 2 years ago. I tooted the car to them and they fixed the problem and told me it was an easy fix and did not charge me. I celebrate their honesty and customer service. I trust them and will give them all my business.

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Jarod He was absolutely amazing—polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely empathetic. Most of us walk in stressed out with a flat tire, brake issues, or needing a replacement, and he handled everything with calm professionalism. He made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Jarod turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and I highly recommend this location

  So, showed up at 4:45pm (they close at 6) because I had a flat. My boss was able to air it up to get here, Tire Kingdom. I was told by the young man that they are not taking any more work today, that he could make an appointment for tomorrow. Well, I have a flat now. He said he could give some air. It was leaking out at about 10lbs every 5 minutes. So, I asked to use a jack and a impact to change it in the parking lot...can't do that. So I'm here in the parking lot struggling to change my tire, when Ernie comes out, asked what was going on, I told him I just had a flat, and he stepped up and told me to hang tight. He fixed my flat, restored my faith in humanity and wouldn't and I mean wouldn't accept a tip! Take this review how you will, but Ernie is a ROCK STAR!!

  This place is the real deal. I had a flat tire today on the way to work which these guys were able to fit me in their busy schedule today. (Which I could see how busy they were). I usually try to do most of the work on my car myself but when in a pinch I can always rely on these guys. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me today. If you are reading this you rock! You completely made my week! He ended up not charging me a penny for the tire repair or the diagnosis of the engine (I stupidly thought the low tire pressure light was the check engine light haha). In all seriousness these guys really are great, and this was not the first time they either gave me a discount or helped me in some way with the price which I am incredibly grateful for since l am on a relatively tight budget. If you guys want peace of mind and are in the Naples area go to these guys. I have been going to them for years now and I will continue too for as long as their doors are open. Thank you guys once again for such a smooth process!
