  I asked them to check and fix the leaks in two tires on my Mercedes SUV. The pin on one of the tires could not be removed with the standard tool. But instead of using a small needle nose or other tool, the gentleman servicing my car just broke off the entire vale, breaking the sensor. This turned from a $30 tire repair to a $1,000 sensor replacement at a Mercedes dealership. It would have been nice if they would have at least asked my permission to do so. They did not. They did find and repair a nail puncture.

  Did a great job on the tires, the brakes were not adjusted properly, left the wiper guards on so they scratched my windshield, did not supply a decal on the windshield to record the mileage of the oil change.

  Great experience. I made it to the store in time as my tire was losing air due to a screw. Mike immediately checked it out and took my car to the back. I was in and out within an hour with only a patch needed. I would highly recommend this location. Mike was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

  I made an appointment to bring two wheels in to mount two new tires. Was quoted $34.95 labor per wheel to mount and balance, They charged me an additional $40 for two standard rubber valve stems. $10 each plus $10 to install a rubber valve stem! They also tacked on a shop fee of $12.00. With tax, it was roughly $130. So, roughly $65 per wheel to mount and balance. That is ridiculously high! I have a long history with Tire Choice. This will be my last transaction with them!

  I made an appointment for an oil change. Frank greeted me upon arriving and took care of all my needs. He even showed me how to sign up for a rebate. I paid a lot less than the dealership, plus he completed the work in less time than expected.
