  Robin was very kind and checked my tires. He thought I should consider new tires. Mine were 9 years old even though I only have 81K miles on the car. Randall gave me all the information I needed and completed the work. They showed me the wear on the old tires. Feel very confident that I made a good decision and driving the car even feels better. Also needed rear brakes.

  I hate writing bad reviews because I understand things happen. 1st I made an appointment for a tire rotation, balance, and front end alignment. I was called the day of my appointment when the shop stated their alignment tech wasn’t showing up. Fine, ok. We rescheduled for the next day. I dropped it off ant 8am and was told they would call me when it’s ready. There was no call. I came in at 10 after 6 and the gentleman said it was all ready. I asked him to confirm the services they provided and showed him the tires were not rotated. He elected to remove that charge. I asked him how do we know the alignment was done. He stated, I seen it myself. Fine, whatever. I paid for the alignment and I drove a mile and can tell the alignment was either not done, or not done properly because it still pulls the same. Long story short, $150 to learn not to go back. I guess it could have been worse.
