- KZKristin ZourasDec 11, 20255.0This is the first time that I have reviewed a gas station but I have to give props to Ed and Jessica. Before I go into that part, the gas station is very clean. I have yet to use the bathrooms but my dad and I come here for frozen yogurt and we were sitting down and eating when I was looking around and noticed how clean the floors were. There is a nice selection of drinks, beers, and snacks. You can't go wrong with the frozen yogurt. I can't remember the exact price but it is unlimited toppings and yogurt for under $10. That is a steal. I am a big fan of froyo so I couldn't help but give 5 starts for the froyo, cleanliness and Ed & Jessica. I just had crown work at the dentist and wanted to treat myself with frozen yogurt. My favorite sea salt caramel pretzel flavor had been out on my last visit a month or so ago. I decided to check again and was elated when I saw the flavor back on the wall. I pulled the handle but nothing came out. I held it down and then when it went back up, a small dollop came out. I tried this again and again and only had a few sad lumps in my cup. I went to the front and told Ed what was going on and asked if he could help. I said no worries though if not, I don't want to be a bother. He said that it wasn't a problem and started trying to fix the machine. He was actually putting forth good effort unlike most employees elsewhere. Nowadays, it is very hard to find motivated employees or they would have taken the easy way out and stayed behind the counter. Ed was enthusiastic about helping me. He then got the attention of Jessica who came over to assist in helping. She was smiling and was also truly trying to get the machine fixed. I was shocked as I know the employees don't make much money yet they were kind and friendly and eager to help me. Jessica eventually got it fixed and I expressed how happy I was and how grateful I was for her assistance. She loudly said yayyyyy when it was fixed and I gladly joined in! What a great team. They deserve to be acknowledged for going the extra mile.
