  I arrived at the rental car company and waited for 15 minutes without anyone at the desk. My booking was for a luxury car only for a few days. When I finally managed to speak with the staff, they informed me that they had no luxury cars available. Instead, they offered me an SUV Volvo or Mazda. When I specifically requested a Hyundai (since that’s my preferred brand), they said it wasn’t a problem but still pulled around with a Mazda. When I insisted on the Hyundai, they said it would take another 10 minutes for cleaning. In total, I spent an hour here, which should have taken only 10-15 minutes at RSW. As an executive elite member, I would have expected better customer service. I’ve always had excellent experiences with National rentals from RSW. I’ve only visited this Naples airport location once to extend a contract, and that experience was easy. However, after today, I would definitely avoid dealing with this Naples Airport location in the future.

  I am an executive elite member with national. When I arrived to pick up my van rental for my brother & his three children I was told they “couldn’t accommodate my reservation”. No apology. No explanation. No car. National is a horrible horrible company in general. This location takes the gold medal for the worst location out there.
