  The staff at the Collier Blvd. Location in Naples are always so friendly and my puppy decided to jump out of my vehicle. Without skipping a beat the staff immediately jumped in to help me catch him. I will forever be grateful for their help.

  Clients beware I was at other Mister and machine broke leaving my car full of soap and suds. I work in my car and needed to re wash asap went to this car wash which I have membership for explain back bumper clip was a slight bit lose and a tiny corner of back bumper out . Worker laughed as he inspected NOTHING wrong with Suburban spoke over the radio and went into car wash half way thru wash side brushed rips off all side bumper clips and flipped backwards cracking bumper denting bumper was told 3-5 business day someone would contact me no one did I had to contact them since I told them I was st other car wash first and car clip was a tiny bit lose that could have happen at other carwash is was 100% fine and not my first time going thru the car wash but NAPLES care washes are brutal they are very rough and well bang apart from ripping my bumper and scratching the entire back. They said due to other car wash which did NOTHING NO DAMAGE TO MY CAR are at fault for there machine breaking my bumper and will not Pay a Dime. I am in the hospital with health issues and have not been able to resolve but will be seeking legal actions as I have pictures before going thru wash with nothing wrong with my car I advised workers who assured me nothing will happen and USED AGAINST ME changing what I said to blaming other MISTER WASH AND they know I cant claim them for what there Car wash did. Beware and if you have any concerns keep to urself because they will use against you to blame you if somethjng happens to your car. Now I can see why there so many Mister Carwash they Rob you blame damages over $1000 (Suburban Bumper with sensors ) and then ghost you not even having the decency to follow up after stating they would and that was Mister policy and procedure 100% fail.
