- VBVeronika BOct 27, 20252.0The customer service by a front desk employee (October 19 and October 27, 2025 ) at this location leaves much to be desired. He is not only incompetent, but also rude. I had my tires replaced here on October 19, 2025. The service team did a decent job, except they didn't wipe/shine new tires. When I picked up my car with brand new tires that cost about $1700, they were all dusty and dirty. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, he replied that they are not a car wash, and they don't have tire shine products. It's ironic because they have the word "tires" in their name. Also, the result of your work would look better to the customer if you shine or at least wipe new tires. Today we stopped for an estimate for a battery change. It was the same front desk employee. After going back and forth about the cost, we wanted to clarify why the price was more for a battery that they get from Auto Zone next door than the price we would pay if we went there and got it ourselves. His response was that "it's quite obvious!". After that we were told: "good bye, have a nice day!" At least it's very clear that this is not the place to go for service. It's unfortunate that people like him represent a business and a team that can be great and knowledgeable, but now we don't want to come here because of this employee's basic lack of professionalism.
