They gave me an appointment, which I was on time for, but it took them over an hour to get my car in their shop. I stood around and watched as they were taking walk-ins ahead of me. There were several employees in the back, standing around with the store manager, laughing and joking. When I complained they just took longer. At the end I spoke to the manager, he was less than interested in hearing my complaint and walked away after giving me a $20 discount. I didn’t care for any money off, or free stuff, my time is more valuable. If you want good customer service, stay away from Mavis! The tires are no different anywhere else, they’re all made by big name companies. For a tire shop it’s all about the customer service and quality of their installation.

Staff are friendly and courteous, and Angel was helpful in pointing out any dry rot and made it clear my front breaks were great but the rear were looking rough. He provided different quotes to help me with budget concerns and there was no pressure to choose things right away. Everyone that came in and out while waiting were promptly cared for and their estimations on when things are done were done within the expected estimates. I especially appreciate the warranties they provided for their parts and services.

I was heading back from Estero to Fort Lauderdale when my car started misfiring when i was passing Naples, it was getting worse I had no choice but to stop here because it was on a Sunday, I needed to get home to the east coast. When i walked in the guy didnt even bother to greet me which made my stomach sink worse. I get it they were busy but i was in a dire situation. He never said hello or anything, it was how may i help you? I tell him whats going on and he said its a 2 hour wait to be seen and we are only taking appointments... I explained how i have nowhere else to take my vehicle. So he takes my keys he was aggravated about it and about an hour later he comes over to me and said I needed to replace a coil because it was bad, so he recommends a tune up... He and the other guy kept going back and forth in Spanish which really made me uncomfortable because i knew i was about to get ripped off. He said it would be 2 hours of labor and that i needed to "make a decision now because it was going to take them hours to do" It was not it took them 10 minutes to do (but they farted around acting like i wasnt watching them), 3 hours later came back with my bill of $1,027..... I about passed out, they felt so bad they knocked a whopping $100 off my bill so i paid $927 for 6 spark plugs and 3 coils and didn't even have the decency to throw in the other 3 coils told me that would be another couple hundred bucks.. All of that wouldve been $200 10 minutes of labor if i were to do it myself, however i was stuck and desperate and needed to get home to go to work thr next day they knew it. After 4 or 5 hours of all of this dealing with these people and the whole situation, I made it home safely I'll give them that but here we are a month later and guess what? Misfiring again. When my check engine light came on I put a reader in my car and it threw 3 codes... Guess what they were... Yhe reader threw 3 codes for ALL 3 COILS THEY REPLACED. This is CRIMINAL How could they take advantage of 2 girls broken down like this and now I have to have my friend replace the 3 that they "replaced" at 10 pm at night so I can get to work tomorrow and get my kid to school tomorrow. They robbed my kid of out of a Christmas... I cannot afford gifts. I had to pay another $60 for 3 coils to replace the old ones they wouldnt replace becausethat would be a couple hundred bucks as they said... I understand they are a business but how in the world could they charge that much for a tune up.... They took complete advantage of me. This garbage company should be shut down. Do not take your vehicle here.
