- ZHZack Heath5 days ago1.0I'd avoid. Oil change took five hours. Im assuming they only partially took my skid cover off because they let all the used oil spill out onto it which dripped off onto the pavers in my driveway for who knows how long and to top it off they didnt replace one of the screws holding the skid cover up which I found out about because the corner came down And was scraping on the ground as I was driving and I had to rig it up on the side of the road. Place is a joke.

They have FREE AIR 24/7 and were kind enough to assist me to make sure it was don’t correctly. They are always kind and considerate. Best customer in town! Thank you for a positive experience!

I've gone to tons of Mavis's in the state of Florida, first time I've heard that they would take hours to get payment and wont do the work until they recieve it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPANY TRUCKS TO THIS LOCATION.

Once I arrived for my appointment “Juan” proceeded to very rudely tell me I didn’t make an appointment. Then said he couldn’t help me and to go to “Goodyear down the road. It’s always empty” so with his rude attitude and horrible customer service, I’m glad this place didn’t touch my vehicle. Just to let everyone know, I went to Goodyear and they were SLAMMED!!! Way busier than Mavis. I suppose management needs to have a team meeting with Juan and inform him the best way to get business is to not send them away. At the end of the day House of Flats was the winner. Mavis scan kindly go kick rocks.
