- MFMagee Fivrr4 days ago1.0This was one of the most frustrating and incompetent service experiences I’ve had. The worker Treyvin McRae at Jiffy Lube refused to service my vehicle because he insisted there was an oil leak coming from the valve cover gasket (zero oil from VCG). I explained multiple times that earlier I had pulled the coolant hose to drain the reservoir, which left some coolant stains underneath the car. Anyone with basic automotive knowledge should be able to tell the difference between dried coolant residue and an active oil leak. Instead of listening or actually verifying what he was looking at, Treyvin McRae. simply refused to do the service. After leaving, I checked under the car myself and there was clearly no oil leak at all. Just coolant staining exactly where the hose had been drained. It was obvious. The lack of basic mechanical understanding and the unwillingness to listen to a customer was unbelievable. The worker Treyvin McRae handling of this situation was especially disappointing and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I did not stopped checking since the advised came from Jiffy Lube employee who was not benefiting for the information. I called my mechanic who now lives in Sebring, he came to Naples and checked for me. The information was correct I Had a very small leak corrected on time thanks to the crew at Jiffy Lube who seems to care about their customers. I will continue coming to Jiffy Lube and appreciating your services and the honesty and care of your employees. THANK YOU! 🙏

When I got there there were 2 people ahead of me in line. I only waited less than 30 mins for my turn. Everyone I encountered was very professional and friendly. I will definitely go back there at the golden gate location to give them my business.
