  I just wanted to say that the service i receive at enterprise pineridge Naples Florida, is always a pleasure to deal with bobby . He’s efficient, and very quick . He knows what cars he has and what’s coming in . I never have to wait ,and always a pleasant experience. I also met Dave on my last rental visit to this location. He also was great to deal with ,very pleasant and knows his job . Thank you ,Enterprise pineridge location ,Naples , Will continue to rent from you.. thank you Eva Fortuna

  Set up a rental. On my way in to pick it up was told they didn’t have any despite my confirmation. I asked to pull from somewhere else and they couldn’t. Asked to cancel and was told they couldn’t and I should try back. Never heard from them again. Called into customer service and was told my points were refunded and that the reservation was canceled. Now two s later points are not refunded and the reservation was still open dispute being told that they didn’t have one. I’ve rented from Enterprise for years and I’m shocked with the level of or should I say lack of responsibility. I was assured I would get a follow call and stay close to my phone. I’ve had to reach out every time except for the call I got saying they weren’t able to fulfill the confirmed rental.

  When you reserve a vehicle, you would think they would have a vehicle for you to rent. Not Enterprise! They will take all of your information and leave you stranded. They don't even try to help. I think their systems are broken.

  I needed to rent a car as my vehicle was run into and was gonna be in the shop for three weeks. Brooke is who I dealt with and David both really fine individuals. They didn’t have any cars at the time but they found me a black 2023 Ford expedition max and it was super clean when I picked it up. There were absolutely no issues with it. I had the car for three weeks and returned it without a glitch. It was a seamless operation from start to finish I mean without a glitch so I just returned it yesterday and I wanted to let you know that if you need a vehicle to rent for a day a week or a month go see David or Brooke or both of them at Enterprise Car Rental’s on Pine Ridge Road near the corner of US 41 right next to the little cemetery that’s been there since the 1800s they will take care of you in bend over backwards to meet everyone of your needs. Thanks David & Brooke for the phenomenal job you did for me.

  I have used Enterprise on Pine Ridge several times now and am always under duress when doing do. Every person, in every capacity was dedicated to making the experience as easy as possible for me. Complimentary ride home is unbelievable! who else does that!
