Never Enterprise again!
Huge disappointment. I reserved a specific sports car convertible several days in advance, a Porsche 911 convertible. I have a confirmation number and I even completed the early online check in.
I showed up exactly at my scheduled pickup time and they simply said they do not have the car. No notice, no call, no email, nothing. Just a shrug and “there is nothing we can do.” Their answer was to offer me an SUV instead. An SUV. After I reserved a Porsche 911 convertible.
I left with no car and a wasted day. While I was there, I watched another customer get told the exact same thing, so this is clearly how they operate. They take reservations for cars they do not actually have and then act like it is your problem when you show up.
Warning to anyone considering Enterprise. Do not trust their reservations, do not trust their confirmation numbers, and do not plan anything important around them. If you need reliability, go anywhere else. This was my first and last time renting with Enterprise.

OK this one you're not going to believe. We rented a seven passenger SUV for pick up on December 26th. On the morning of the 26th, we received a call stating they didn't have our category of vehicle, but they could give us a Palisades as an alternative which we accepted.
Upon arrival, they did not have the palisades, but offered another car that was being "washed". After an hour and a half of waiting, no car showed up. At that point, David told us the manager, Max, would deliver the car to us when it was ready. He also gave us Max's phone number so we could coordinate with him on the delivery. Unfortunately, it was not his number(fake), Max never reached out, and we were without a car for the whole day.
On Saturday morning, we were the first in line to collect our reserved car. Bobby Bernhardt, the assistant manager, stated they didnt have a seven seater but we could have any car on the lot as an alternative.. We choose the Jeep Wrangler and when we went in he said that car was reserved, they had no cars for us, and they would not rent to us because the regional manager, Noelle C, did not want to rent to us.
So now we are left without a car and have 8 people in our group. We tried other rental companies, but they have no cars.
We have used your location for 10 years and never had a problem. I understand that things happen sometimes but cannot understand the following:
Bobby lied to my wife and said there was a car available being washed when there was not.
The next morning when we arrived Bobby said " we can have any car on the lot" but then told us the truth two minutes later that he would not rent us a car because the regional manager told him not to ( because we attempted to rent a car at the airport that evening after MAX no-showed on us)
How can Enterprise allow differing locations to compete and not work together for the benefit of their customers.
