I had an insurance reservation through Progressive and needed to upgrade the small economy car (which felt unsafe) into an SUV. I made an online reservation for this location, and the office even called me the night before to confirm the vehicle was available. When I arrived, they again confirmed they had the car, handed me the keys, and I inspected it myself. Everything was in order and ready to go. However, the moment I mentioned that I wanted to use my insurance claim reservation code, the manager, Jhony Faustin, suddenly stated they had no car available for me. I then offered to rent the SUV on my personal credit card and have Progressive reimburse me later—he still refused. He insisted the SUV I had just inspected, with the keys still inside, would not be rented to me, and also said he would not accept the return of the economy car I already had. He provided no explanation and showed zero professionalism or empathy throughout the interaction. It became very clear he did not want to process a rental connected to an insurance claim, even though the price online was the same as the insurance rate. The behavior was inconsistent, dishonest, and unnecessarily rude. I contacted Enterprise customer service and escalated the situation. I was told someone would call me back promptly, but no one ever did. I ultimately returned my car at the Airport Road Naples location and rented a nicer, lower-priced SUV from Budget instead. Enterprise lost a 1-2 month rental due to terrible customer service. This location, under Jhony Faustin’s management, was unreliable, dishonest, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. If you value accurate information or need to use an insurance reservation, I strongly recommend avoiding this branch entirely.
