I showed up for my reserved car for them to tell me that they have no cars and because I reserved it same day they have no obligation to fulfill the reservation. They overbook themselves and don’t even have a system to reach back out to you to let you know or cancel your car and go through someone else. I reserved my car at 6:30am for 1:30 pickup! That’s 6 hours they have to call and tell me it’s not available. It’s a 1 minute phone call. You don’t have 1 minute to go through your reserved book for the day and do a little math? It’s a small car lot, maybe 20-30 cars. Not a lot to ask. Not to mention enterprise won’t do anything for you. Show up as the door opens for the day or don’t come here at all. I will be avoiding this business as long as I live here.
