I asked to check nearby locations if their situation is better, but got hung up on the other side. Terrible! Dont approve the reservation if you dont have a car. Respect the time of your customers!

We were sent to the Pine Ridge location where we were quickly taken care of. A 20 minute trip took an hour and half in Naples traffic. A phone call would have been nice.

Even though I called multiple times, they never made me feel like a bother they were always patient, kind, and happy to help. They truly made a stressful situation much easier for me.
