Ronald was FANTASTIC! My car battery terminals were loose and he was able to help me right away. He trouble-shooted first and checked several other things as well to make sure I drove off safely. I’m so grateful for him and would definitely recommend this Autozone location and Ronaldo !

I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Damian Gonzalez at this AutoZone store. From the very first moment, he was very friendly, respectful, and patient, demonstrating great knowledge of the products and customer needs. Damian took the time to listen to my situation, clearly explained the available options, and recommended the best solution without trying to sell me anything unnecessary. His attitude was always professional and he showed a genuine willingness to help, which is not so common these days. I will definitely return and recommend this store thanks to his excellent service.

Horrible costumer services from Ronald R per his name tag, I went with my husband to dispose oil, same oil that we brought at the store, per auto zone policy online: is accepted 5 gallons per visit, his statement was the opposite treating costumers like he own the store, his statement was that they accept 5 gallons per costumer per month. Not only he gave us the wrong information because we just went to another location, but the way he treats costumer and his attitude is horrible, to be brand new store should have a lot better training and a lot better costumer service to attract the costumers in the area. I personally do not recommend you to go and if you do please request another associate.

Waited almost 20 minutes on hold. Called store back to see if they forgot me on hold. All I heard was "por favor" and I was back on hold again. Awful service for a new store.

Plenty of employees stocking shelves or just trying to "look busy", while the employees at the registers move as slow as possible. If the managers would have the employees trying to "look busy" help out at the registers, people would be able to get in and out more efficiently. Takes 20 minutes of standing in line to check out. The parking lot is sufficient if you're driving a smart car or motorcycle, but if you're in a full sized vehicle, don't even think about trying to park in front of the store. There's not enough room to back out of a park spot to leave, unless there is an empty space next to you. Also, the curve in the parking lot to get to the front of the store is so limited in space, that if there is another vehicle coming one will have to back up to let the other vehicle pass. I suggest parking in the back of the store if you want to be able to leave after spending half of your day waiting to check out. When driving down Winchester Tr. (the only way to access the businesses in that area) there is no sign on the building that is visible from that area, so you have to guess which building is the right one. Whoever designed the lot and signage must've been asleep or worse..... I drive into town to avoid this chaotic store. It's just not worth the hassle when there is a better stocked and staffed store 10 minutes further down the road.
