I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Ronald, the manager at AutoZone, for going far above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. From the moment I walked in, Ronald treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. He didn’t just do his job — he went the extra mile in every way possible to make sure I was taken care of. I was having major issues with my car, and Ronald personally helped me track down the exact parts I needed. He double-checked everything to make sure it was correct, placed a special order, and even had the parts expedited so I could get them right away. You can tell he truly cares about his customers — not just making a sale, but actually helping people get back on the road safely. What really impressed me most was that Ronald stayed after closing just to help me get my car jumped and running again.
