  I went to AutoZone on Vanderbilt this evening. Got there about 8 o’clock and the place was hopping. Sam was running solo behind the counter assisting a lot of different people. He was professional and efficient. By the time I got to the counter and asked him about my wife’s battery he was quick to assist. He was very personable and we were able to have some good conversation while he promptly swapped out my battery for me. Thanks for the help Sam. We need more people like you willing to put in the hard work.

  Armani C. Provided the very best customer service. He even installed my new windshield wipers and battery for the key fob. Highly recommend this location, they go above and beyond!

  Rob was so nice and willing to help me with my headlight on my car. He showed me the different options I could choose, and even installed it for me! That’s Customer service at its finest!

  After calling autozone and advance auto parts on pinerdge if they can test to see if my rear lights are burnt out or is it a fuse issue and replace them for me. Both said no. One referred me to a mechanic which was going to charge me over $100 to test it. Ouch! Today, I passed a Auto Zone on collier and Vanderbilt and stopped by and asked if they could do it. Sandy, who has only been there a month said sure, lets checked it out now. My two rear light bulbs were both burnt but the break lights were good. Since the rear lights were only $10, I felt bad and asked him to replace the brake lights too, at $30 total. I walked out of there so grateful to Sandy. If the manager reads this. Sandy is definitely a keeper. Thank you!
