⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Ashley!
I want to take a moment to recognize Ashley at the AutoZone on Collier and Vanderbilt in Naples, FL for providing truly exceptional customer service. After having a very disappointing experience at another location (store #6873), I came into this store feeling frustrated and unsure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, Ashley completely turned my day around.
She was patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. She took the time to listen to what I needed, helped me find the correct parts, and made sure I left confident that everything was right. Ashley didn’t just do her job — she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
What stood out the most was her positive attitude and professionalism. She treated me with understanding and care, which honestly meant a lot after the experience I’d just been through. Thanks to Ashley, I left the store feeling valued and appreciated as a customer.
