  Rented a vehicle for one week through Costco from APF returning to RSW. At time of rental, asked if we could return back to APF for no charge if our plans changed and they said no problem. Returned to APF, confirmed with the agent that there would be no change to rate. They proceeded to charge me $1150 for a $350 rental. Have spoken to customer service for two days now and the charge has not been reversed.

  DONT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! Currently been waiting for over 30 minutes for them to give me my vehicle. When I asked the employee if she could assist me while the other employee was helping the customer in front of me, I was yelled at. She rudely told me to wait and that’s she’s busy right now. Extremely disappointed as I rent cars often for work and never have had this experience. Save yourself a headache and rent from Fort Myers! UPDATE: I was given the keys to my vehicle at the counter and told “cars outside in the lot”. No direction, had to sound the alarm and hunt for it myself. The vehicle is filthy (windows so dirty impairing visibility), needs breaks worked on (have to press my foot into the ground to stop the car), and smells of stale smoke like we’re still living in 2008. By far the worst experience I’ve had renting a car.

  The price was right but it seems not everybody fills the tank, just barely enough to make the gauge show full! When topping it off I put in more gas than what I used, but it seems it doesn’t matter what agency you rent from ! The car was a 4 banger but it got us there and it was clean (except for the water spots on the side mirrors!)
