I called the Advanced Auto - Santa Barbara Blvd, Naples FL and Chad answered. Chad LISTENED to me! Chad told me exactly what is wrong, why what I was looking for won’t fix my problem and what to do instead. The people at this store are AMAZING! ❤️❤️❤️

A week ago it was a pair of tricky windshield wipers. This morning I went with a first-time car owner / friend of mine to get a new battery. Anthony (the manager) wheeled out a cart and gave my friend red-carpet treatment helping install the battery himself. Great attitude, great customer service, great neighborhood business.
