    Needed a battery, stopped by store4179 and spoke to Michael. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Bought a battery, he installed it, in and out in less than an hour. I will shop here again. You have a great store

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was extremely disappointing due to the store manager’s behavior. From the moment I interacted with them, the attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwelcomeInstead of helping or attempting to resolve a simple concern, the store manager came across as rude, impatient, and as if customers were an inconvenience. There was no effort to communicate respectfully or handle the situation in a calm, professional manner. The way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.What made the experience worse is that this behavior seemed unnecessary and avoidable. A store manager is supposed to set the standard for customer service, but in this case, it felt like the exact opposite. It created a very negative environment and left a lasting bad impression. I left without wanting to continue shopping there because of how poorly I was treated. I hope upper management takes a serious look at how this location is being run and addresses the lack of professionalism, because no customer should be treated this way.

    One employee takes their time making sure the shelves look pristine and the other employee is doing all of the customer work. When the other employee asked for help the stocking employee begrudgingly came to the front to help.

From the moment I walked in, Ashley greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping customers, and Ashley definitely stood out. I came in needing assistance with my vehicle and wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but Ashley took the time to listen and understand my situation. She patiently explained my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision before purchasing anything. She didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated.
