I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new set of wiper blades for my Mercedes-Benz at $42. The dealer wanted $225. Wilson even put them on my SUV for me. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The day prior I was at the same store and a Service Rep told me there was no way they could replace my wipers with what they had on hand and that they would have to order from the dealer for $240. Wow! Did I get lucky calling back the next day and speaking with Wilson who made no promises, but assured me that if I came to the store, he believed he had the right wipers and he would do his best to put them on for me. Seriously, this guy deserves a promotion!
