- DZD ZApr 2, 20262.0I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. The customer service was unacceptable, especially in how I was treated as a woman. I felt dismissed, spoken down to, and not taken seriously when asking basic questions about my vehicle. Instead of offering help or guidance, the staff came across as impatient and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to get assistance. I expected a much higher level of professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
