She pointed out a small flaw I might have overlooked, committed to getting it resolved and followed up. Well done Marianna. The cigar provided was a nice touch as were the brownies received later. I did not like that preapproved financing was unacceptable and dealer financing imposed. It took 4 hours to close the deal even when there was no haggling. I dislike dealer addons running up an addition $2k being presumed to be added. They were removed at my request. Overall an above average experience.

No pressure in the showroom, just friendly, passionate car people with incredible inventory to chose from. I believe this is my forth car I’ve purchased from them, and wont be the last. Thanks again.
