  Had a nail in my tire, thought my day was ruined. Jay and Patrick fixed my tire and got me back on the road in about twenty minutes. Service was professional, fast, and friendly.

  Literally just had an alignment done 9-17-25. When the tech was finished he hauled ass down the road when he got back I didn’t think to check in the bed of my truck. Upon looking everything I had in the bed was completely scattered everywhere, I’ve had this stuff in the back of my truck for weeks and it’s rode in the same place. One star

  The time it took to do the repair work was completely unreasonable and they did repair work without first giving us a quote. After filing a complaint regarding this, we did get a partial refund. After driving the vehicle we realized there may be problems with the repair work. The store manager gave us no assurance that the work could be promptly done, so we held off on doing anything because we could not be without the vehicle for multiple days again. When we took our vehicle to Ford for warranty work, they found that Tire Choice either installed a defective part or damaged the part during installation. We then had to pay Ford to fix it properly. When I went to the store, I was told they cannot handle refunds, the general manager cannot handle refunds and that I would have to call the corporate offices. When I called the corporate offices, I spent over 2 hours on the phone due to hold time and my calls being cutoff (3 times). During one of the calls, in which I also got cutoff, I was told they were having problems with their phone system. When I finally completed a call on my 4th time of getting someone, it took 20 minutes to get to the point of them telling me to email my documentation, something I had offered to do in the first 5 minutes of the phone call. I will email the documents tomorrow, because the time already wasted in dealing with this was time I could not work. Almost 3 hours counting the wasted trip to the store and time on the phone , and I feel I am no closer to a resolution. NEW! Customer Service is horrible. Tire Choice/ Monro outsources their customer service to another country. My first call took over an hour because they told me there were problems with their phone system. During my second call I find out I was given the wrong case number, so I did my documentation a second time. I never got any response, so I sent even more documentation. On my third call I was told I was third in line and was on hold for 45 minutes. Told again they were having phone problems. I was also told they had to open a new case, because I sent more material. They also claimed to not be able to open the link, so I have now had to send my documentation again. My problem is related to Tire Choice installing a defective after market fuel pump. I had Bartow Ford repair as well as document this issue. The customer service person with Tire Choice/ Monro had no clue what a fuel pump even did other than knowing “it was an important part of a car.”
