Instead of helping me, he talked down to me, acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. When I tried to explain the issue, he cut me off and made me feel completely disrespected. A manager should set the tone for the store, but if this is how he treats paying customers, it explains a lot about why the whole experience was so awful. I left feeling angry and humiliated, and I will NEVER go back to this location again. If this is how management behaves, I don’t even want to imagine the example being set for the rest of the staff.
