Then get from behind the counter! There was 2 other ladies in there one was helping another gentlemen and the other was walking around the store and walked past me twice still not a word! The lack of customer service is ridiculous & I’m pretty sure one was a manager!

I got a jump and came up here to Advance auto parts and had the pleasure of meeting Tom A! I’ll tell you what after talking with him about my issues he came out to test my batteries and one was shot and the other was teetering (I own a diesel and my batteries were almost 5 years old) he guided me into getting the best version with the best warranty! We had great conversations while he was replacing them for me and he is super down to earth, friendly, and his integrity is through the roof! If you are looking for anything for your vehicles needs this is the Man you are wanted and needing to talk to no doubt about it!! Oh and the best part is he does not treat you like a customer, he treats you like a family member or really good friend. I wish he had more time to chit chat because he was full of great information but he had to help others get back on the road as well. Thank you once again Tom A for getting this disabled veteran back on track and cruising down the road!! P.S. Tom A. Is second to none in customer service and satisfaction!!!!
