  Wish this company would go back to what made them GREAT. PreCovid..... 3 to 5 people wiping down the exterior and cleaning the interior. Now all the company cares about is buying out almost all their competition to monopolize the car wash industry in Central Florida with there new model to maximize profits while providing a poor product!

  Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced I bought the most expensive car wash . Go through and my car comes out totally dirty and they will not even run it through the wash again Said that’s why they offer the unlimited plan Sorry folks but u shouldn’t have to buy unlimited and then run the car through the wash 5 times to get it clean Terrible people must run this place

  The people were very nice. An incident occurred during the carwash thats the only complaint i have. They ran over immediately and tried to help out. So 5 stars for service bur the carwash itself 2 because during the car wash the lady in front of me had her breaks hit at the very end of the tunnel bc the lady in front of her was either stuck or not going when she was out( dont know their side just mine) i got so damn close to that car bc it just kept pushing me towards her i wouldve definitely hit her had i not finally decided to hit my breaks (which i really didt wanna do considering ur not supposed to) i beeped and the lady in front of her went then she went. I let off my breaks bc the path was clear, it kept pushing me along till almost the end, then i was stuck, not sure if i could put it in drive and go or not because my whole car was still in the racks, the car behind me came so close to hitting me as well, they blew their horn (which as you should) i finally decided okay imma just go, so i did. My breaks are now a little messed up, not horrible, they still break, just not like they did right before i went. It takes more of a push on em. But they need to implement some sort of stop where you will not hit the cars in front of you if they are stopped/stuck. Because that was genuinely kinda scary. So i wont be going here anymore. But the one guy who ran over was very kind and understanding.
