  The people were very nice. An incident occurred during the carwash thats the only complaint i have. They ran over immediately and tried to help out. So 5 stars for service bur the carwash itself 2 because during the car wash the lady in front of me had her breaks hit at the very end of the tunnel bc the lady in front of her was either stuck or not going when she was out( dont know their side just mine) i got so damn close to that car bc it just kept pushing me towards her i wouldve definitely hit her had i not finally decided to hit my breaks (which i really didt wanna do considering ur not supposed to) i beeped and the lady in front of her went then she went. I let off my breaks bc the path was clear, it kept pushing me along till almost the end, then i was stuck, not sure if i could put it in drive and go or not because my whole car was still in the racks, the car behind me came so close to hitting me as well, they blew their horn (which as you should) i finally decided okay imma just go, so i did. My breaks are now a little messed up, not horrible, they still break, just not like they did right before i went. It takes more of a push on em. But they need to implement some sort of stop where you will not hit the cars in front of you if they are stopped/stuck. Because that was genuinely kinda scary. So i wont be going here anymore. But the one guy who ran over was very kind and understanding.

  The employees don’t wash your car, dry your car, or detail your car but they are asking for tips? For what??? Way more expensive than Sud stop for Half the job.

  I LOVE Mister! They do a fantastic job with their car washes, but even more importantly to me, they care about their customers’ experiences and they make certain to express their appreciation often and with sincerity. To me, when you give thanks from your core, you demonstrate that what you have received or experienced truly matters to you, and then you are the recipient of even more because what you appreciate, appreciates! Mister’s business model demonstrates that I really, truly DO matter, not simply because of my financial investment but because I am a valued client and they are devoted to ensuring that I receive 5 star service all the time, not just once in a while or randomly, but every single time I patronize their business. Their staff is quick with the smiles and they have lots of convenient locations, so essentially wherever I travel around Florida and beyond, I’m generally able to find a Mister location. I have a brand new vehicle and I do so appreciate the ease of keeping her essentially spotless inside and out. Thank you, Mister, for the great job you do and please keep it up! It is a pleasure doing business with you and thank you for making it your business to thank me and ensure that I know that I deeply matter to you! That’s one of the ways you make what matters into matter, financial and otherwise.
