Tom came back to me in the waiting room, where I didn’t wait at all, and he showed me a piece of a nail that did not penetrate the tire! Tom provided great customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this Mavis location for your car needs and feel comfortable with their honest service! Thank you!!!

They never try to oversell, nor are they pushy with their sales - and as a woman customer this means a lot. I never feel taken advantage of. On top of the customer service, the actual service of my car is always fast and timely with an appointment.
