I don't even know this man, and he was unprofessional at every turn. I am just there for a simple oil change, but he acted like we were known enemies. It was a threatening experience for no reason. Luckily, Jaydon stepped in and relieved me of having to feel like I was in a dangerous situation. It cannot be understated how warm and inviting Jaydon was. He made me feel like everything would be absolutely fine on a simple oil change and he took the lead on the entire service. Lane walked off-site and had not returned for the remainder of my car service. Rya was apologetic for Lane's behavior and collaborated with Jaydon to make sure I felt assured and that my car was serviced competently. AK was a good sidekick for the entire process as well. She was hands-on and really seemed eager to learn about cars. I can tell this is her passion. I can appreciate that. But the Lane encounter was absolutely unacceptable.
