Made sure I got the right synthetic Euro oil for my Volvo. They physically show you everything they do and reset your warning lights. I never have been happy with dealerships. They always magically find something wrong with your car and then over charge you for it. Thanks Valoline!
- KHKenneth HutchesonNov 28, 20251.0I use this location pretty often for my 2010 ford escape. A few oil changes ago they stripped out my oil plug and now it slightly leaks. They have been changing the oil by sucking it out and then pumping new oil back in. I Was told they would cover the fix and have it in writing, they put a note in the system that they will fix it at their cost They just had to buy the tool. Every time I go to get it serviced they say they cant fix it because they dont have anyone available to. Thankfully I can still drive it but now It leaks from the drain bolt. I shouldn't have to fix something that they broke and said they would fix but it dosnt seem like they are actually willing to fulfill the fix they said they would. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore due to the fact they will not keep their word.
