I had just waited outside for 20 minutes for someone to check my battery after waiting outside somewhere else for 30 minutes while waiting for a jump. He immediately starts telling me I have the wrong battery in my car (mind you they put it in 4 years ago!) he also was kind enough to tell me that the warranty literally just expired. All of which is a tad frustrating! Then I simply asked if I could use my coupon code and he said no. If you do that, I’m not installing it. Ok fine. I tried giving him my card and he said “woah lady if you’re in a rush you might want to go somewhere else. It’s gonna take me 30 minutes to install it.” So happy my car started back up so I can go to Eustis where I don’t run into these problems.
