I tried returning a car paint wax to exchange it for another one, and she insisted it was a clearance item even though my receipt clearly showed I paid full price. The product was already opened when I bought it, yet she tried to argue that I had opened it and couldn’t do anything with it, that I had to keep it. Very unprofessional. This store’s management definitely doesn’t leave a good impression.
