  I am giving this car wash one star because their cheapest car wash is $20. This puts them at a competitive disadvantage against El Car Wash and Eco Car Wash, which are not too far from Zips Car Wash, and they charge $10 for their cheapest car wash and are of higher quality. What an idiotic decision to charge for $20 for their cheapest car wash

  Very disappointed. The employee who drives the white car (white male) was extremely racist and unprofessional. Looking through other reviews, it seems others have had issues with this same individual. Management should seriously look into this, because behavior like that should not be tolerated.

  I visited Zips for the first time in the morning around 8:30 AM. I was hoping to start my day by signing up for a monthly subscription and trying out the service. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was only one employee on site. When I tried to ask him how to sign up for the monthly plan, his response was a blunt "Look online." There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no attempt to actually help. Basic etiquette costs nothing. If you don't want to answer questions about your own subscription services, then don't work in customer service.

  I have been bringing my rental company vehicles (26 fleet) to this Zip Car Wash location since 2023 because of the convenient proximity to our hub. However, after my experience, I will never be returning, and you have lost all of my business. While I was vacuuming my car with my son and daughter inside, a white male employee with blonde hair (I did not get his name) made a disgusting and racist comment to me. He said, "Why do Black people always keep their car so dirty?" As a respectful adult, I chose not to engage in a confrontation, especially with my children present. However, this behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is shocking that a customer—let alone a loyal business customer since 2023—would be treated with such disrespect. I sincerely hope that corporate or the location manager sees this and removes this individual from the location immediately. Do better, Zip Car Wash.
