They seem bothered when they have someone enter the building. Earlier this year I purchased a set of 4 new tires and had to end up waiting 4 hours because the truck bring the tires got stuck in traffic. I couldn't even leave because they had already removed my old tires. Took a chance and returned for an oil change only recently and they informed it would take more than an hour. Again with the negative attitude. No more chances at this location. Drove 2 miles away to Jiffy Lube and had a signature oil changed in 20 minutes. All the staff at Jiffy Lube were super professional and efficient. The way it's supposed to be. Didn't even exit the car.
