They seem bothered when they have someone enter the building. Earlier this year I purchased a set of 4 new tires and had to end up waiting 4 hours because the truck bring the tires got stuck in traffic. I couldn't even leave because they had already removed my old tires. Took a chance and returned for an oil change only recently and they informed it would take more than an hour. Again with the negative attitude. No more chances at this location. Drove 2 miles away to Jiffy Lube and had a signature oil changed in 20 minutes. All the staff at Jiffy Lube were super professional and efficient. The way it's supposed to be. Didn't even exit the car.

The representative examined it and informed me that a patch was not possible due to a screw and the lack of tread. Consequently, I require two new front tires. I mentioned that I had purchased four new tires from my dealership in March. I then requested that they add some air to the tire so I could safely drive to my dealership for inspection. Upon arriving at the dealership, the technician kindly removed the screw and performed the patch without any charge. Goodyear please stop taking advantage of women in need!
