The vehicles here are newer than any other location I’ve visited; while still in 2025, this team had me in 2026 vehicles, which speaks volumes about how well this branch is managed.   The only reason why I used them was because my car was in the body shop and they use them for loaners. The first loaner was dirty from the windows with sauce all over to the inside and outside. I took pictures and videos of the car as I seen damage on it and since it was Christmas Eve the employee was in a rush. Fast forward to when I returned the car to the body shop as told I receive a call saying my car needs to be returned and it has been at the body shop for a week already! Then a few days later I get a call about the damage to the car. What a joke good thing i had a video and pictures. Now on 1/26 I look at my account and they charged my card and claim they don’t see the transaction.

  Rental process was fast , car was clean , they treated me with respect and courtesy, And the back and forth from where I was picked up was a plus .

  Awful experience today, went in at about 10:15, was asked by the front desk lady if my insurance made a reservation, to which I said I don’t think so and a bit later I advised the lady at the front i have an appointment soon and asked if they would have me out by 10:50 and the lady said yes, so I waited until 10:40 when she asked me if im with another lady that I rode with in an enterprise transport car to get from the body shop to enterprise. Mind you, I look absolutely nothing like this lady, shes atleast 40 years old, i am 22 and I did not speak not one word to this lady either and when I spoke to the front desk lady at first i was very obviously speaking for myself so im really not sure as to why she thought I would be with this lady. I provided my phone number and she said she doesn’t even have my information and my insurance didn’t make a reservation. It’s not her fault the insurance didn’t do their job properly but she ignored me for about 30 minutes when she could have acknowledged me before, got my information, and figured this out so i could arrange a ride for myself. So now it’s about 10:45 im gonna be late for my surgery, and none of my rides are answering their phone anymore so i had to start walking home mind you we have a cold front today so its freezing outside, i didnt have anything to eat and im anemic so I was nauseous and lightheaded it was just absolutely terrible if the employee would have just acknowledged me like she acknowledged the other lady this whole thing would not have happened. Im extremely irritated. I am fully covered by my insurance for a rental so i fully planned to have a rental today but since enterprise has ignorant inconsiderate incompetent employees I had to sickly walk home, my medical condition is probably worse now, and i was extremely late to my appointment and couldn’t get treated.
