I needed a new battery and it was under warranty, however the Dealer; Chrysler had their system down and they couldn’t assist me. So I went to Auto Zone 01255, explained the situation to Arden he was so kind, helpful and professional. After I purchased the battery he removed the old and installed the new one. He provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with a smile! You should be very proud to have an employee as AMAZING as Arden. Thank you!
