  Ocean was a great help. Without asking she volunteered to help me replace my wipers. What she didn’t know is that both my wrist suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and to change the wipers would’ve been a bit difficult for me. Thank you again Ocean for being professional and knowledgeable and answering all my questions without pause.

  I called ahead to confirm they had a 43mm socket, and was told they did. I drove 30 minutes specifically to get there—only to be told: "Probably the new guy answered." Very disappointing. A quick check before giving information would have saved me time and frustration.

  If we want to speak inference to excellent customer we would be having a conversation about Ocean and Bernie. They both were simply amazing. I was greeted by Bernie before I even entered the store, who was on break by the way! Ocean helped me find the correct oil for my vehicle and even retrieved it for me. Wow! I am currently considering purchasing something else just so they could render me excellect customer again!
