  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Danielle Scarlett. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. Her communication was clear, professional, and very welcoming. I came in looking for brake pads and a rotor for a repair, and Danielle went above and beyond. Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, but she also took the time to explain my options and helped me save money by recommending the smarter purchase upfront instead of buying parts separately later. That level of honesty and knowledge is rare. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and carries herself with professionalism and confidence. Her customer service truly stood out, and it made the entire experience smooth and stress free. AutoZone definitely has a valuable team member in Danielle. I would absolutely return and recommend this location because of her service.

  Arden, Elijah, and Danielle did an INCREDIBLE job helping me with my car. They provided the best customer service. I had an issue with my battery and my name in the system. Arden and Danielle explained my warranty and when I needed to buy a new battery. Elijah helped remove my old battery and installed my new one. They all worked in sync. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

  Arden, Elijah, and Danielle at AutoZone were incredibly helpful when my car wouldn’t start. I came in stressed because my battery had died, but they quickly helped me figure out the problem and confirmed that I needed a new battery. They were patient, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of so I could get back on the road. Their customer service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me out. Thank you again!

  Great service at AutoZone in Miramar! Elijah was extremely helpful and kind. My car AC was blowing warm air, and he took the time to help me add refrigerant and make sure everything was working before I left. Now my AC is blowing cold again. I really appreciate the help and professionalism. Thank you, Elijah!
