  TRAVELER BEWARE! Similar experience as the others. Should have looked at the ratings and reviews. Brakes started grinding on my way from Indiana to Destin. Called and made an appointment for hours after my arrival. Very friendly and a reasonable quote to replace rotors and pads @ $590. Found it odd the parking lot was nearly empty upon my arrival with only 1 customer in the lobby (another clue). Gentleman insisted he would be calling me shortly after diagnostic and I said no need, I approve the rotors and pads. He explained there is an off chance the caliper could be damaged but he would be calling me soon. Sure enough the call came and the price went up to $1380 to add caliper replacement to both sides although he said only one was broken. I told him I would come pick it up and he quickly offered to just replace the pads and rotors. 15 minutes later I recieved another call asking me to pick it up because the owner wasnt comfortable not replacing the calipers. I didn't argue picked it up and came straight to the reviews. My gut was right and these guys have a history of doing this. The owner will respond to this post with another apology making this look like a miscommunication as they have for every post. If they didn't respond their rating would be so much lower than the 3.9 stars they currently sit. I will add photos to this post tomorrow when my buddy from back home brings me tools to do the work myself.

  Avoid at all costs! Installed new tires. 1.5 miles later tire goes flat. Upon return they claim I cracked my rim after leaving. I would think I would know if I hit a pothole or ran over a curb. Refused to even consider improper install was responsible for the damage. Rude, flippant attitude. Find another shop with a level of integrity and professional behavior.
