  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They installed the wrong windshield on my car. Told us they would fix it and then never followed back up. No communication, incompetent installation and terrible customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We couldn’t be happier with our recent installation experience! Our technician, Neftali, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire install. It’s rare to find that level of care and expertise. Neftali is a true asset to this team — a big kudos to him! Highly recommend! 👏

  El técnico que cambió el vidrio me rompió una pieza de mi land Cruiser nueva luego pego la pieza con silicona negra , me rayó el tablero en la parte interna y hundió del capó . La burla es que pegó la pieza con silicona ahahha increíble . The technician who replaced my windshield broke a part on my brand-new Land Cruiser; he then glued the piece back on using black silicone, scratched the interior of my dashboard, and dented the hood. The real insult is that he actually glued the piece on with silicone—hahaha, it’s unbelievable.

  I scheduled a windshield replacement and was told it would take about an hour. I left work early and fought traffic to make my 4:00 p.m. appointment, only to be told upon arrival that the service would actually take two hours. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. My truck sat untouched for 1 1/4 hours before anyone even began working on it. In total, I was there for well over 2 1/2 hours. If the job was going to take that long, why not schedule me for 5:00 p.m. so I wouldn’t have had to lose time and money leaving work early? I chose this company based on familiarity and reputation, but this experience was disappointing. Poor communication and wasted time have made me reconsider ever using them again. They left wires dangling from my remote start and also said they would be comping the windshield wiper blades for the inconvenience, which weren't given. A catchy slogan doesn’t make up for a lack of respect for customers’ time.
