Richard came out and helped me with no problem even if it was 50°F outside. He diagnosed a bad battery and told me what he had in stock without any pressure to buy or upsell. When installing the battery, he did more than just pulling the terminals off and throwing a new one in. He plugged in the ECU so the car's settings didn't restart. Then he cleaned off all the corrosion, cleaned the battery tray, and even sprayed anti corrosion spray onto the terminals. Didn't expect this kind of service coming in but I'm really glad that I did.
